Madeen is built to help you choose the best credit card to use without asking for bank logins, card numbers, or personal financial account access.

This Privacy Policy explains how Madeen, operated by Solo Dolo Labs LLC, handles information through the Madeen iOS app and the madeen.app website.

Information We Do Not Collect In The App

The Madeen app does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, credit card numbers, bank login credentials, transaction history, balances, credit score, Social Security number, or date of birth.

The Madeen app does not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or in-app trackers.

Information Stored On Your Device

The Madeen app stores your selected cards, onboarding status, appearance preferences, accent color, ranking mode, and related app preferences locally on your device. This information is used to show recommendations and widgets.

We do not sell this information, share it with advertisers, or upload it to a user account.

Catalog Data

Madeen may download credit card catalog data from our server so the app can stay current. This catalog may include card names, issuers, reward rates, card art, public card information, public application URLs, and related metadata.

When the app checks for catalog updates, standard technical information such as IP address, device request metadata, and server logs may be processed by our hosting providers for security, delivery, debugging, and reliability. We do not use these requests to build personal profiles.

Website Data

The madeen.app website is hosted through third-party infrastructure providers. Like most websites, hosting providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring pages, and request timestamps for security, delivery, analytics, and reliability.

We do not currently use behavioral advertising or third-party analytics on the Madeen website. If we add analytics, cookies, newsletter forms, or other tracking technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required consent notices before using them.

Affiliate Links And Third-Party Tracking

Madeen may include links to credit card issuers, affiliate networks, or other third-party websites. If you click an affiliate or referral link, the destination site or affiliate network may use cookies, pixels, click identifiers, or similar technologies to track that referral, attribute a commission, prevent fraud, and measure performance.

Those third-party tracking technologies are governed by the privacy policies and terms of the applicable issuer, affiliate network, or destination website. Madeen does not control their privacy practices.

Support Emails

If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and any details included in your request. We use this information to respond to you, support the app, improve the product, and maintain business records.

Please do not send credit card numbers, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial information by email.

Madeen may link to issuer websites, App Store pages, support resources, affiliate partners, or other third-party websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and Madeen is not responsible for their content, policies, products, services, or decisions.

Data Retention

Information stored locally in the Madeen app remains on your device unless you delete it, reset the app, or uninstall the app. Support emails and standard server logs may be retained as needed for support, security, legal, compliance, and business purposes.

Children's Privacy

Madeen is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
